Your new responsibilities This role is responsible for packaging the finished automotive headlight bulbs for delivery to our retail customers. Assembly, packing, weighing and labeling cartons for delivery, shipment, or storage. Identifying correct labeling and documentation. Inspecting final product and packaging to ensure they are not damaged. Following all company guidelines regarding packaging. Handling inventory with care and attention to detail. Sealing each container while maintaining product integrity at the set pace of the equipment. Working in a fast‑paced environment with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Pay & Shift Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour. $0.50 per hour raise after a 6‑month successful review. Shift: 2nd shift (2:45 pm – 11:15 pm). $2.00 shift differential. Qualifications No prior manufacturing experience required. Must be able to stand, stretch, bend, reach, and twist.
