Our Customer Service positions provide: Starting pay at $20.50 per hour with multiple promotional opportunities within the first two years. Annual corporate incentive bonus program and additional compensation opportunities available throughout the year. 8-week paid training on all facets of the health care industry. 8am-4:30pm M-F Location This role requires an 8-week in-person training program at our Berlin, Vermont office. Following training, a 2-3 month, full-time in office period is required. Afterward, employees within 50 miles will transition to a hybrid schedule, working from the office on Wednesdays and remotely the remainder of the week. Sign-on Bonus This position is eligible for a sign on bonus $250 after 90 days and an additional $250 after 180 days.
