What You'll Be DoingAs a Line Cook at Greenwood Tavern, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- Assisting with food prep and ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
We’re seeking someone with a passion for cooking and a commitment to quality. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- A team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining high standards.
