Before becoming an agent, I worked in logistics sales with Caterpillar and bring over 25 years of experience with State Farm, which helps guide how we support both our customers and our team. I’m a graduate of the University of Denver and originally from Illinois. I’m a proud parent of three and grandparent to seven, and family is a big part of my life. Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar and staying involved in music. ROLE DESCRIPTION As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Don Middleton - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
