How we LEAD Capitol Christian Music Group (CCMG) is seeking a strategic and collaborative Manager, Creator & Influencer Marketing to lead creator partnership initiatives for CCMG artists and releases. This role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing creator campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance across key social platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about music, highly connected within the creator ecosystem, and skilled at developing authentic partnerships that align creator content with artist narratives. They will oversee campaign execution from creator sourcing and relationship management through performance analysis and post-campaign reporting, providing actionable insights and recommendations to artist teams, management, and marketing stakeholders. How you’ll CREATE Work alongside Viral & Influencer Marketing team and Digital Marketing leads to implement day to day creator and content marketing strategy for Capitol CMG Develop and foster a network of creator, management, and agency relationships to support ongoing artist development and release campaigns for Capitol CMG. Develop creator briefs, content concepts, and creative frameworks that align artist goals with authentic creator storytelling. Track, analyze, and report on creator and influencer campaign performance, delivering post-campaign recaps that highlight key metrics, content learnings, audience engagement, and actionable recommendations for future campaigns. Develop platform-specific creator strategies across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social platforms. Analyze creator campaign performance using platform analytics and third-party reporting tools to optimize future strategy and ROI. Communicate campaign results, insights, and optimization opportunities to internal stakeholders, artist teams, management, label partners, and external creator partners through clear and compelling reporting. Utilize social listening, trend monitoring, and AI-powered research tools to identify emerging creators, content opportunities, and audience insights. Maintain strong relationships with artist management and artists to be viewed as a resource for best practices and implementing digital marketing strategies. Work cross-departmentally to coordinate online initiatives and promotions for CCMG artists Deepen fandom, artist discovery and streaming growth for artists through increased engagement, activity, and relevant content posts. Bring Your VIBE Experience working with creator management agencies and talent representatives. Strong understanding of music marketing and fan community development. Experience using creator discovery and analytics platforms. Ability to identify cultural trends and translate them into creator opportunities. Experience managing multiple release campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
