TEKsystems is hiring Community Care Advocates to support individuals and families by connecting them with critical community resources and assistance programs. You will answer inbound calls, listen with empathy, and identify services that fit callers’ needs. Training starts onsite in Detroit, then the role goes fully remote after two weeks.
