Patient Services Call Specialist

MyDentist Family

MyDentist Family is growing, and we’re looking for our next Patient Services Representative to join our friendly, fast-paced team! If you’re positive, upbeat, organized, and love being the first impression patients receive over the phone, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a team environment, and wants to build a career in a privately-owned, patient-focused dental organization. Your Role Handle inbound and outbound calls with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency Follow up with new and existing patients and schedule appointments across our four dental practices Complete daily appointment confirmations Manage and fill scheduling gaps to keep offices running smoothly Perform insurance verifications and eligibility checks Monitor and respond to incoming Patient Services Teams inquiries Maintain 5-Star certification through our training program Deliver exceptional service as the friendly voice of MyDentist Family Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Spanish speaking a PLUS At least 1 year of call center experience in a healthcare setting Comfortable with computers and eager to learn new software (Open Dental a plus) Preferred knowledge of medical and/or dental insurance Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills Team-oriented with a positive, can‑do attitude Benefits & Perks Paid & unpaid time off Paid holidays Health, dental, vision, accident, AD&D and life insurance options In-house dental benefits Fitness Reimbursement 401K Plan Friends & Family Discount Team outings & volunteer events Ongoing training, tools, and support to help you succeed If you’re ready to bring your energy, professionalism, and heart to a growing dental family, we’d love to hear from you!
