Nurse Practitioner (NP) - In-Home Health Risk AssessmentsPosition: PRN / 1099 ContractorExclusions: PMHNP, Women's Health, Pediatric NP's and PA's.Schedule: Flexible (50+ hours/month)Compensation: $100-$125 per visit (Tiered based on availability)We are seeking Nurse Practitioners (certain NPs only; no PAs) with no less than 40 hours per month who can start immediately completing in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. Must be able to complete credentialing paperwork, training, and onboarding within the first 10-12 days and start field-based work immediately after thereafter.This is a pure assessment role: No prescribing, no on-call, and zero follow-up care.The Pay Breakdown50 hrs/mo: $100 / visit70 hrs/mo: $110 / visit80 hrs/mo: $115 / visit90 hrs/mo: $120 / visit100 hrs/mo: $125 / visitAdditional Pay: $250 flat-rate paid training, $25 full HRA no-shows, $65 diagnostic-only visits, $10 diagnostic no-shows.
