We're opening a new XPS epoxy flooring supply store in McAllen and hiring our first store associate. This role is focused on selling epoxy flooring products to contractors and walk-in customers, keeping the store stocked, and handling supply orders. We'll train you on our products and the installation process.

Job Overview
We're opening a new XPS epoxy flooring supply store in McAllen and hiring our first store associate. This role is focused on selling epoxy flooring products to contractors and walk-in customers, keeping the store stocked, and handling supply orders. We'll train you on our products and the installation process.
Duties
- Sell epoxy flooring products to walk-in customers and contractors
- Explain different epoxy products and walk customers through the installation process
- Restock shelves and keep the store organized
- Place supply orders and order epoxy products for contractor jobs
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions and cash accurately
- Call and follow up with local contractors and installers to build accounts
Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Some epoxy, painting, or contractor experience preferred
- Comfortable talking through technical product details with contractors
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Reliable and able to run the store independently
Training
We'll train you on our full product line and installation process. Motivated associates may also be sent to XPS's official certification training program in Florida, company-paid.

- $16–$18/hour base pay, based on experience
