Nelbud Field Service CoordinatorNELBUD | Columbus, OH$21.00 per hour | Full-Time | In-officeHelp Keep Our Field Service Operations Running Smoothly!Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling schedules, customer requests, and multiple priorities?NELBUD is seeking a detail-oriented Field Service Coordinator to manage technician scheduling, customer communication, and daily service operations across our Columbus, Cincinnati, and Louisville region.In this role, you'll be a key connection between our customers, field technicians, and operations team. From coordinating service appointments to ensuring completed jobs are properly documented and processed, you'll help keep everything moving efficiently.We're looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and taking ownership of the details.What You'll DoCoordinate technician schedules, service appointments, and recurring maintenance across multiple locations.Confirm service appointments and communicate scheduling changes with customers and field teams.Manage incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and help resolve service-related concerns.Maintain accurate customer records, service frequencies, and scheduling information in company systems.Review technician service notes and documentation for accuracy and completeness.Process completed service jobs for invoicing and follow up on outstanding service items.Monitor daily service activity, identify scheduling conflicts, and prioritize urgent requests.Prepare scheduling updates, service reports, and operational documentation.Collaborate with field technicians and internal teams to keep service operations running efficiently.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED.Six months of related experience or training preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and adapt to changing schedules.Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and business software.Ability to learn new technology and internal processes.Experience in field service dispatch, technician scheduling, service coordination, or operations within HVAC, plumbing, electrical, facilities maintenance, or similar industries is preferred.Why Join NELBUD?$21.00 per hourOpportunities for career growth and advancementGenerous paid time off and eight observed holidaysHealth, dental, vision, and life insuranceOngoing training and professional developmentPay On Demand benefitAbout NELBUDNELBUD is a growing leader in commercial kitchen safety and maintenance services.
