Job Description

We are seeking an experienced  Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and installation of industrial equipment and facility systems. This position requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including experience with high- and low-voltage electrical systems, plumbing, welding, and general facility maintenance. The Maintenance Technician will diagnose equipment issues, complete preventive and corrective maintenance, and help ensure safe and efficient facility operations.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance, repairs, and installation of industrial equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair high- and low-voltage electrical systems while following established safety standards
• Fabricate and weld parts as needed to maintain and repair machinery
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings to diagnose equipment issues
• Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance or a related maintenance role
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills with experience repairing industrial electrical systems
• Experience with plumbing, welding, fabrication, and general facility maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize maintenance needs effectively

The base salary range for this position is $25-$32/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
