Location: Thief River Falls, MN
Compensation : $19.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00am-4:30pm

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assemblers for a leading powersports manufacturing company in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. In this role, you'll help assemble high-quality products while working in a structured, team-oriented manufacturing environment. What You'll Do as an Assembler:

• Assemble component parts into completed units following blueprints and work instructions
• Perform visual inspections and measurements using gauges, tape measures, calipers, and fixtures
• Maintain production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
• Make minor adjustments or repairs to equipment with supervision
• Use hand tools to complete a variety of assembly and production tasks
• Keep tools properly stored and maintain a clean, organized workstation

What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints
• Experience using hand tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance and transportation to Thief River Falls, MN
