Clinical Specialist, Joint Replacement - Portland, OR

Clinical Specialist position supporting orthopedic surgeries in Portland and Eugene, Oregon. The role involves hands-on training with robotic and manual joint replacement procedures, assisting surgeons in the operating room, and providing on-call coverage. Field-based position requiring strong technical and clinical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic orthopedic procedures
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative planning, CT-based imaging, implant sizing, and positioning
• Prepare operating room equipment, instrumentation, and systems for cases
• Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently during surgical procedures
• Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays for urgent cases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate degree with 4 years relevant experience
• High school diploma with 6 years professional or related experience
• Valid driver's license and fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Capacity to manage stressful operating room situations professionally
• Previous clinical experience preferred (nursing, surgical technology, or related field)

Compensation: $62,900 - $87,500 USD Annual
