Assembler

We’re hiring Assemblers to support hands‑on production work in a manufacturing environment. This role is a strong fit for candidates with assembly, production, construction, or general labor experience who are comfortable using tools.

• Assemble products from start to finish
• Use hand and power tools to build components
• Read and follow work instructions and production lists
• Measure materials using a tape measure
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards
• Identify and report material or quality issues
• Handle and move materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• 6+ months of assembly, production, or general labor experience
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Basic reading and math skills

• Construction or carpentry
• Mechanical assembly
• Blueprint reading

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA.

The pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr.
