Remote Account Manager

Taking full ownership of the client experience, the full-time Remote Account Manager will ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, operational proficiency in travel services, and relationship management, all while working in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Uphold high standards of client communication and service, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all travel arrangements Manage client relationships, projects, and deadlines, resolving conflicts and adapting to changing requirements Understand and review all service requests for Air, Housing, and Ground Travel, delivering timely and accurate options to clients Required qualifications 3-5 years of professional experience in a client-serving role Bachelor's degree required Experience in travel, logistics, GDS Sabre, or hospitality industry is a plus Familiarity with Salesforce or other major CRM platforms is a plus Passion for building relationships and collaborating within a team
