HRIS Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Workday configuration, including business processes, security roles, and workflows
• Support day-to-day HRIS operations, ensuring system performance and data integrity
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and new feature implementations
• Identify opportunities for process and system optimization
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HRIS or HR technology roles
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration (required)
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools within HR systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
