The Opportunity Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Hospital Medicine physicians. Current CT state license is a plus. Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired. The Practice Saint Mary’s Hospital – Waterbury, Connecticut Level II Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center. 300-bed facility with a closed ICU. Epic EMR. 16-17 encounters per day per provider and 8-10 encounters per night per provider. The Community Waterbury, Connecticut, known as the "Brass City," is an amazing place to work and call home. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
