It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for oversight of all functions in the warehouseMaintain a high degree of visibility and access to employeesCreate a positive work environment that is consistent with the Company’s values and objectivesFoster a culture of accountability, engagement, quality, and customer satisfactionPrioritize and adjust strategic plans and initiatives in response to organizational, regulatory, or market driven imperatives.Translate business vision and strategy into operational tactics in order to build the organizational support and infrastructure needed to achieve themMakes recommendations to the Operations Director on programs to improve warehouse operationsTrack and adjust to local market conditions that impact business resultsReport sales, operations, financial results, and additional information and documentation to management team and supervisorsDevelops KPIs for assigned business unitSuggests efficiency ideas, cost reduction measures and assists with the implementation of changes within inbound and outbound warehouse operations. Identifies problems and proposes solutions to other members of management and promotes cooperation with other departmentsDevelop and monitor operating and capital budgetsAssists in developing a program to train and motivate personnel for increased effectivenessLead and develop warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer serviceMaintain elevated levels of accuracy in daily operationsOperate in compliance with federal, state and local statutesQualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a relative field preferred.
