Job Description Join Our Team as a Part‑Time Leasing Professional! We are looking for a dedicated Part‑time Leasing Professional to join our team and provide an exceptional leasing experience to current and prospective residents in our unit community. If you have a customer‑focused attitude and a proactive approach, we want to hear from you! Compensation and Incentives $100 New Lease Commissions Property Shared Staff Renewal Commissions Morgan Essentials – $300 every quarter Monday – Friday, part time 20‑24 hrs a week. *Schedule subject to change based on business needs Expectations Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties. One to three months of related experience/training. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff. Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service. Ready to make an impact?
