Job Summary As an Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high‑quality service, financial performance, and an exceptional client experience. This role requires strong leadership in a high‑volume dining environment, with preferred experience in corporate dining, fine dining, or cafe operations, and familiarity with union teams. You will drive team development, operational excellence, and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal partners.
