Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Watsonville, CA. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve their daily skills while experiencing a new location. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active California Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. Client requires ability to work flexible or variable shift schedules as needed. Minimum of one year of clinical experience treating adult or geriatric populations preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with documentation systems commonly used in SNFs preferred. Skilled in ADL retraining, therapeutic exercise, and adaptive equipment recommendations preferred.
Assignment Details Shift schedule: Variable; flexible shifts. Guaranteed 30 hours to start. Candidate should be available to start as soon as possible. Assignment may require floating to other nearby facilities as needed.
