- Are you so organized that your friends make fun of you?
- When you see a detail is wrong (for instance "your" vs. "you're") does it grind away at your nerves?
- Do you love to find the most efficient way of doing things and creating new systems?
- Do you always have to be productive?
- Have you had administrative experience in some capacity?
- Is there nothing more satisfying than crossing off all your items on your to do list?
- Do you prefer to activate and execute instead of waiting for direction?
- Are you communicative, honest, positive and warm?
STRONGLY PREFER (But not necessarily a deal breaker):
- Bilingual in either Spanish, Chinese, and/or Korean
- Customer Service experience
- Experience with or strong interest in learning about business management software

- Flexible schedule
- Opportunity to grow and move within the department
If this sounds like you, please submit your resume or any other relevant links! If it's a great fit, we'll schedule some time to talk on the phone and explore next steps!
We look forward to hearing from you!
