Paralegal

The Paralegal will provide contract review and administrative support to the Legal Department. Key Responsibilities Work with the Evans Legal Team to maintain a library of standard contract templates for use across the Company, including Owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, non-disclosure agreements and vendor and consulting contracts. Provide assistance with contract reviews and comparisons based on templates or previously negotiated terms for approval by counsel. Maintain, update and monitor the company’s database of contracts with Owners, vendors and subcontractors and report on deadlines for necessary updates, amendments, review or finalization. Assemble final contracts and submit to counsel for review and General Counsel for execution. Act as point of contact for Legal Department in the tracking of contracts, updates, regulatory filings and more. Head compliance tracking efforts.
