Part-time Korean-Speaking Primary Care Physician - Los Angeles

Role Overview We are seeking a Korean-speaking Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide in-facility care to residents in assisted living communities across Los Angeles, CA . This role involves mobile in-facility visits with clustered routes to minimize travel time. This is a part-time position starting at a minimum of 1 day per week (Monday through Thursday), with potential to expand based on patient panel growth. This position is available as W-2 or 1099 — we are happy to accommodate what works best for you. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to seniors in assisted living and RCFE communities in the Los Angeles area Conduct in-facility patient visits and telehealth consultations as needed Manage chronic conditions, preventive care, and acute concerns Collaborate with our care team including NPs, specialists, and facility staff Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements Qualifications Active California medical license (MD or DO) in good standing Korean language proficiency required Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics Active DEA registration Medicare credentialing preferred Experience in geriatric or senior care settings preferred Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Compensation This is a part-time position starting at 1 day per week with potential to expand based on patient panel growth. Estimated annual compensation: $133,000 – $266,000/year , based on patient volume and number of days worked. Compensation includes a guaranteed daily rate plus a per-patient bonus.
