Director, Global Total Rewards & Benefits

StoneX Group is seeking a leader to run the global Total Rewards function within HR Operations. You will design scalable compensation programs aligned to our job architecture and workforce strategy, including the global job architecture initiative and annual compensation cycles.
Based in Chicago with a hybrid schedule (4 days in office), you will manage a global team, partner with Finance and business leaders, and drive governance, cost management, and regulatory compliance across regions.
