Marketing Specialist

Fulltime/Hybrid/Remote – Based in Nashville, TN Salary Range: TBD Reports To: The Marketing Specialist will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing Job Overview Oman Systems, Inc. is seeking a motivated, self-driven individual for the role of Marketing Specialist to help our customer base, brand awareness and overall presence in the heavy civil construction software industry. The Marketing Specialist will bring a creative and innovative approach to all marketing channels while working closely with the sales team to enhance reach and penetration into the marketplace. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to the following: Essential Functions Campaign Development: Work with the sales and marketing team to design and implement campaigns that drive sales and amplify brand awareness across various multimedia platforms. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to amplify our sales strategies. Assist in planning and execution of industry tradeshow, events and networking opportunities with the Vice President of Sales and the Sales Team. Develop targeted campaigns in the different sales territories across the United States Assist Territory Sales Managers to develop marketing materials and email campaigns to their assigned territories. Maintain company website and SEO optimization Work with existing advertising placements and identify new opportunities Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns, social media) Travel Requirements Travel requirements for this position are minimal, but there could be occasional travel outside of the Nashville area. Education BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field Qualifications Exceptional communication and time management skills The ability to work independently as well as in a group environment.
