Internal Maintenance Supervisor - GVR

Realizar inspecciones frecuentes de todas las áreas públicas y del Casino para mantener un alto nivel de limpieza. Complete los formularios e informes de inspección según sea necesario. Asegúrese de que todo el trabajo se realice de acuerdo con los procedimientos de trabajo descritos. Asistir al Gerente de Mantenimiento Interno en funciones administrativas que incluyen acciones disciplinarias, asesoramiento a los miembros del equipo, capacitación y desarrollo de nuevos supervisores. Ayudar a completar las evaluaciones de los miembros del equipo como se describe en la política de la empresa. Informar problemas de las instalaciones y mantenimiento preventivo requerido. Prepare las órdenes de trabajo necesarias y asegúrese de que el equipo se repare y se devuelva de manera oportuna. Calificaciones La edad mínima requerida es 21 años. Capacidad para supervisar e interactuar con miembros del equipo, invitados y gerentes de manera amigable, positiva y cortés. Mantener la limpieza en todas las áreas públicas según los estándares de seguridad de las estaciones. Realizar inspecciones frecuentes. Capaz de tolerar productos químicos, limpiadores y disolventes.
