Maintenance Manager

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (typically) Key Responsibilities: Team leadership: Manage, train, and supervise maintenance staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a safe work environment. Work directly with the vendors to achieve proper outcomes. Maintenance and repair: Oversee all maintenance procedures, including scheduling preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing equipment issues, and managing installation of new systems. Operational efficiency: Analyze current processes, implement measures to minimize breakdowns, and troubleshooting problems to reduce downtime. Safety and compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, conduct safety inspections, and maintain a clean and orderly work environment. Budget and inventory: Develop and manage the maintenance budget, control parts inventory, and negotiate with vendors for parts and services. Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair history. Comply with out regulatory procedures. Collaboration: Work with other departments and leadership to support production goals and ensure plant reliability. Work with the Plant managers to ensure business needs are met. Requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding, including technical processing and troubleshooting. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. 4 years of Industrial electrical experience. Proficient in Microsoft products Required Skills and Competencies: Technical knowledge: A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems is essential. Leadership and management: Experience in leading, training, and motivating a team is crucial. Budgeting: The ability to develop and manage a departmental budget is required. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are needed to diagnose and resolve equipment issues. Safety focus: A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations is critical for this role.
