About the Role:

• Provide personal care services to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADL's), grooming, and mobility

• Assist with meal preparation , light housekeeping, and laundry as needed

• Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence and achieving their goals

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

• Document client care accurately and thoroughly in our electronic medical records system

Requirements:

• 6+ months of experience in the healthcare industry, as a caregiver, CNA, or PCA, with a passion for delivering exceptional care

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods while providing care

• Valid driver's license and reliable and insured transportation for travel to and from client visits

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a focus on delivering patient-centered care
