Maintain Accurate and Complete Records: Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care, incidents, and events in the medical record. Foster Collaboration and Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication and collaboration with the nursing team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
