We're partnering with a regional leader and one of the area's premier independent CPA firms in Houston that is looking to add a Tax Senior Manager to its growing team. The firm has built an outstanding reputation in the market and is committed to remaining independent, providing the stability, culture, and long-term vision that many professionals are looking for.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional who enjoys advising high-net-worth individuals, real estate clients, partnerships, and closely held businesses. You'll work closely with Partners, mentor and develop staff, and serve as a trusted advisor to a sophisticated client base.
What You'll Do
- Manage complex tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals, real estate clients, partnerships, S Corporations, and C Corporations
- Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services
- Review complex tax returns and oversee engagement quality
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Mentor, coach, and develop managers, seniors, and staff
- Collaborate with firm leadership on client service and practice growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
- CPA required
- 8+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong technical experience with high-net-worth individuals, real estate, partnerships, S Corporations, and C Corporations
- Proven leadership and client relationship management skills
- A collaborative professional looking to make a long-term impact
