- Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences: Engage guests with courtesy and attentiveness, creating a positive atmosphere on and off the gaming floor.
- Master Game Operations: Execute gaming procedures flawlessly, maintaining pace and accuracy to enhance guest enjoyment and satisfaction.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to Squaxin Island Gaming Enterprise's regulations and procedures to maintain integrity and security within the gaming environment.
- Promote a Positive Environment: Foster a welcoming atmosphere where fun and professionalism coexist, reflecting our commitment to exceptional service.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous casino experience or completion of gaming school preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate payouts.
- Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
- Energy & Professionalism: Bring enthusiasm and a professional demeanor to every interaction.
