ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician

Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral therapy to autistic children and young adults using ABA principles Implement individualized treatment plans to promote positive behavior and skill development Collaborate with BCBAs, BCaBAs, and other therapy team members to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress Benefits Competitive compensation up to $24/hour based on registration and experience Flexible full-time or part-time schedules available (15 – 40 hours/week) Center-based, in-home or a combination of services are available to create your ideal schedule Mileage reimbursement and limited travel for in-home services Full paid RBT training. Work as a BT while we pay to get you registered!
