Hospice Music Therapist I: End-of-Life Care & Bereavement

Avow Hospice, Inc.

Avow in Naples, FL is seeking a dedicated Music Therapist to provide therapy directly to patients in coordination with the Plan of Care established by the interdisciplinary team. This role may involve individual and group sessions in various settings including ALF and SNF, and collaboration with Avow Kids and bereavement teams.

You will document sessions electronically, participate in program development, and educate staff and the community on the benefits of music therapy.
