Job Overview North Ridge Health and Rehab located in New Hope, MN is hiring full‑time and part‑time Registered Nurses (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care for residents. Oversee nursing assistant‑registered staff to ensure resident care plans are followed. Complete documentation, admissions, and discharges; report bruises, skin tears, or neglect. Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues. Qualifications RN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing Current CPR certification Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Desire to work with the elderly Work Schedule Full‑time and part‑time positions: 8‑hour shifts (6:00 am–2:00 pm, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm, or 10:00 pm–6:00 am).
