Data Analytics Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is assisting one of out clients who is a global leader in Continuous Threat Exposure Management. They are seeking a Data Analytics Analyst for a contract role with a possibility of extension or conversion. This individual will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable business insights, developing dashboards and reporting solutions, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytics background, experience working with large datasets, and a passion for identifying trends and opportunities through data.

While prior experience supporting Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations functions is preferred, candidates from other business domains with strong analytical expertise are also encouraged to apply.

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions for stakeholders.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.

• Monitor key business metrics and provide recommendations based on findings.

• Create recurring and ad hoc reports to support operational and strategic initiatives.

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across reporting environments.

• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Support process improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance measurement.

• Collaborate with business leaders to define KPIs and success metrics.

Skills and Requirements

• 5-10 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

• Strong experience analyzing complex datasets and delivering business insights.

• Proven experience creating dashboards and data visualization solutions.

• Excellent proficiency with SQL and data analysis methodologies.

• Experience working with business stakeholders to translate data into actionable recommendations. - Experience supporting HR, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or related functions.

• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization platforms.

• Experience with Workday reporting and analytics.

• Experience with Ashby ATS reporting or recruiting analytics.

• Familiarity with Lakehouse architecture, data warehousing, or modern data platforms.

• Previous experience as a Program Coordinator, Program Analyst, or supporting cross-functional business programs.
