Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Location: Pasco, WA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour day shift, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week, guaranteed for 36 hours.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, with a focus on effective therapy interventions and collaborative treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Conduct 12-14 patient visits per day, maintaining productivity expectations.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Physical Therapist (PT) license in Washington State.
• Level 1 PTs: 0-3 years of relevant outpatient experience, or Level 2 PTs: greater than 3 years of relevant outpatient experience.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
