Landscape Garden Centers (LGC), a family-owned company with over 40 years of excellence in Sioux Falls and the surrounding areas, is seeking a Landscape Team Member to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

• Install paver patios, walkways, and retaining walls to project specifications

• Prepare job sites, including grading, excavation, and base preparation
• Operate equipment such as skid loaders, compactors, and cut-off saws
• Measure, cut, and place materials with attention to detail and alignment
• Read basic layout plans and follow crew leader direction
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work sites
• Support project completion on schedule and to company quality standards

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in hardscaping, landscaping, construction, or related outdoor work
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Attention to detail in layout and installation work

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, and extended standing
• Occasional extended or irregular hours as needed
• Travel within the local service area
