Project Manager

Job Description We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multiple, interdependent technology projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This is an onsite position , and candidates must reside within the organization’s technology footprint. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented leader with exceptional communication and project management skills. They are proactive, take ownership, and consistently deliver high-quality results. This role requires a strong background in managing IT projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies while partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple concurrent IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with IT application teams and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, or Azure DevOps (ADO) boards based on the appropriate project methodology (Waterfall or Agile). Oversee project estimation, resource allocation, budgeting, and execution. Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Facilitate recurring internal and customer-facing meetings to review project status, milestones, risks, and action items. Provide clear, timely communication on project progress, risks, issue resolution, and overall health to stakeholders and leadership. Influence and collaborate effectively with Business Owners, Project Managers, Operations teams, and executive leadership to ensure successful project delivery. Lead issue identification, documentation, escalation, and resolution while proactively addressing potential roadblocks before they impact project delivery. Build strong partnerships with business and technology leaders across the organization. Collect and report project performance and value metrics to support data-driven decision-making and maximize business value. Present project recommendations, status updates, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership and governance committees. Quickly learn new technical concepts and effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience . Proven experience managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Strong leadership, organizational, planning, and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across technical and business teams. Ability to understand both business processes and technology solutions, asking insightful questions that help teams solve complex problems. Comfortable communicating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership, tailoring the level of detail to the audience. Experience working independently while also thriving in cross-functional, collaborative environments. Skilled at facilitating discussions, resolving conflicts, and identifying alternative solutions to achieve project objectives.
