As a change management professional, you'll use critical thinking skills, change management experience, and project management skills to help government customers solve pressing organizational challenges. You Have 6+ years of experience in project or program management, process improvement, and business analysis Ability to solve complex problems using critical thinking TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have Experience using Tableau Experience drafting decision briefings, visual decision briefings, strategic planning, facilitation, and organizational planning Experience working with executives Possession of excellent interpersonal and communication skills Project or Change Management Certification Lean Six Sigma Certification Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
