Duration: Ongoing/Contract

Shift: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (possible 4/10s option)

Hours/week: 40+ (OT after 40 hours)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Locum/Contract

Licenses/Certs: Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license; Women's Health certifications preferred

Experience: Previous experience in women's health, including IUD placement/removals, endometrial biopsies, obstetric and gynecologic care

Competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00/hour

Provide outpatient women's health services, including annual exams, gynecologic issues, and mental health screenings

Perform IUD insertions, removals, and Nexplanon placements/removals (not mandatory but preferred)

Conduct obstetrical visits, including first visits with ultrasound, 16-week, and 28-week appointments

Assist with endometrial biopsies and other gynecologic procedures

Educate patients on contraception and overall women's health wellness

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Participate in credentialing processes and ongoing professional development as needed

Valid NP or PA license in Washington; Women's Health certification preferred

Experience in women's health, including procedures like IUD placement/removals and OB care

Ability to independently perform clinical procedures and examinations

Strong communication and patient education skills

Ability to adapt to a busy outpatient setting

Prior experience performing IUD insertions/removals and OB ultrasound

Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency a plus

This outpatient women's health role at a leading facility in Issaquah involves managing a diverse patient panel, focusing on preventative care, obstetrics, and gynecological services.
