Registered Nurse Day Shift

CURA of Melrose is seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time Day Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will be providing high-quality nursing care during the day shifts, ensuring that our patients receive the attention and support they need during this important time of day. You will be part of a collaborative healthcare team committed to patient-centered care and positive outcomes. This position is part-time, and on a every 3rd weekend rotation, with 8-12 hour shifts. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including monitoring patient health and administering medications during evening hours. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care and communicate patient status changes. Assist patients with daily living activities while promoting their dignity and comfort. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and patient progress. Respond promptly and effectively to any patient emergencies or changes in condition. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Associate or Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program. Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medical terminology, and patient care protocols. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in fast-paced environments with professionalism and compassion. Basic life support (BLS).
