Position Overview
We are currently hiring Entry Level Event Assistant for immediate start to support our growing campaigns in Baton Rouge. This role is perfect for energetic individuals who enjoy working with people and want hands-on experience in events and promotions.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the setup and breakdown of event sites
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Represent client brands at promotional events and activations
* Distribute promotional materials and provide basic product information
* Help ensure events run smoothly and efficiently
* Work closely with team members and event coordinators
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* Strong communication and people skills
* Positive, outgoing, and reliable personality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Flexible availability and willingness to start immediately
* Previous event, retail, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
