We are seeking a highly skilled Trial Paralegal to join our litigation team in-office and support attorneys in preparing cases from intake through trial.ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys in all phases of litigation and trial preparation.Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and trial exhibits.Organize and maintain litigation files, medical records, and case management systems.Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial logistics.Prepare trial binders, witness lists, and courtroom materials.Assist with jury selection, trial exhibits, and attorney support during trial.Conduct legal and factual research as needed.Communicate with clients, experts, and court staff in a professional manner.
