Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage a team: 1 office administrator and 3 HR team members Manage the team with a variety of tasks including but not limited to: Onboarding Offboarding Leave Management Ticket system Offer letters Investigations Minimum Qualifications Skills Bachelor’s degree required SHRM certified desired 5 Years of HR experience required Team management experience required Experience working at a mid‑sized company highly preferred Previous experience in an engineering company is a plus Familiarity with immigration hiring and requirements are a plus Technology savvy Excel, ADP Workforce Now, Smartsheets, Greenhouse, Equifax experience is a plus Polished professional able to prepare presentations and work with leadership roles All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, age, genetic information, or pregnancy.
