Project Manager / Logistics Coordinator

Job Description Job Description Crusher Works, LLC is looking to hire a Project Manager / Logistics Coordinator for our Birmingham, Alabama based business. We are a growing heavy equipment dealer servicing the entire Southeastern region of the US. The right candidate for this job would have to possess strong organizational & communication skills, have the ability to be proactive and multi-task regularly. This role would be responsible for managing orders that come through our sales team including logistics coordination with our team as well as the customer being sure to maintain strict timelines and job specific requirements. Other responsibilities: Ensure all documentation is complete (contracts, delivery/return reports, COIs, etc.) Develop and maintain timelines/delivery schedules. Review order details, specifications, and contract requirements. Coordinate with sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure equipment readiness. Manage internal driver(s) and third-party haulers Track equipment locations/status/availability Preferred Knowledge: Basic understanding of Quickbooks a plus DOT regulations, permitting processes, compliance, and load requirement knowledge for movement across statelines.
