Primary Therapist Position
Location: Ford City, PA
Schedule: Full time - day shifts (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday)
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000
Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical care to a caseload of patients, including conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address mental health, substance use, and behavioral disorders.
- Develop, implement, and review comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with the patient and a multidisciplinary team to ensure personalized and effective care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and clinical assessments in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work.
- Must hold a valid and current state license to practice as a mental health professional (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)).
