Position: Primary Therapist
Location: Ford City, PA
Schedule: full time - day shifts (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday)
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities:

Provide direct clinical care to a caseload of patients, including conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address mental health, substance use, and behavioral disorders.
Develop, implement, and review comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with the patient and a multidisciplinary team to ensure personalized and effective care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and clinical assessments in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Master's degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work.
Must hold a valid and current state license to practice as a mental health professional (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)).
