We are seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager in Portland, Oregon to originate and manage a diverse commercial loan portfolio, drive relationship-based growth, and deliver high-quality banking solutions whilemaintainingstrong credit discipline and risk management. Essential Functions: Responsible for generating and servicing avariety of commercial and industrial loans, and bank servicesin accordance withindividuallyestablishedbusiness development goals. Achieves portfolio growth and cross-sale goals. Oversees assigned loan portfolio to ensure proper compliance with loan covenants. Responsible for monitoring portfolio quality,stabilityand managing risks. Makes presentationsregardingbank products and services to prospective clients and company principals. Performs underwriting functions as needed. Continuallymonitorscreditquality of assigned accounts. Responsible for building andmaintainingrelationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction. May train and mentorlower levelofficers. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Requires a bachelor's degree in banking, finance or a related field and at least 4-6+yearsCommercial and Industrial Loan experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications. Advanced knowledge of commercial loans, credit analysis, lending, loanprocessingand closing processes. Ability to expand commercial loans, clientrelationshipsandcross sellbank products. Requires strong sales ability. Solid experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment skills. Ability to structure loans and monitor credit performance. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
