How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Drive patient safety and quality initiatives by partnering with clinical leaders to analyze data, identify gaps, and implement evidence-based practices that directly improve patient outcomes.

• Mentor and develop caregivers through regular unit rounds and collaborative coaching, fostering a culture of continuous professional growth and clinical excellence.

• Lead evidence-based practice (EBP) projects, translation of research, and the refinement of clinical guidelines to ensure the delivery of top-tier, modern patient care.

• Translate complex quality data into actionable insights for frontline teams, empowering them to elevate nursing standards and care delivery.

• Bridge the gap between research and reality by analyzing clinical outcomes and embedding the latest medical research into daily bedside practice guidelines.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Red Cross
  or American Heart Association accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
  transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
  hire.
