Position Summary

The Front Desk Associate provides guest support by managing check-ins, handling inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out processes
• Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, or email
• Provide information about property amenities, policies, and local area
• Handle reservations, payments, and basic administrative tasks
• Address guest concerns and elevate issues when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to handle reservations systems
• Ability to multitask and remain organized
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
